My Silver ETF trading experiance on 16 Feb 2026

I woke up at 9:38 AM instead of 9 AM today. I had to take my position as soon as marketet opens. The lowest open was 232.92 INR. I missed that opportunity because I woke up late. So I made position at 334.74 with 300 shares. But I was watching gold etf chart instead of silver etf chart. My brain wasn't working properly as I just opend and tried to make a low position. Then I made wrong buy and sell decission with 450 shares and made total loss of around 400 INR. It was a total disaster today for me. Today market opened at lowest price again after the silver crash last month. so there was a huge buying opportunity for the long term buyers. So the price if going up and up. If I wouldn't have taken random decision today then it would be a good profit day like my other days. Today is the first day I made a wrong decission after being write for last 10+ days in the month of February. My last 10 days logic didn't work out today. Though I am still in good profit i...

My Plans for 2026: Building Between Malda and Kolkata

I’ve been thinking a lot about 2026. Not in a motivational way. More in a quiet, unavoidable way. For a long time, I kept running—clients, calls, deadlines, deliveries. Somewhere in between, I realized I don’t want random growth anymore. I want designed growth. That’s where these plans come from. Weekend Training Wasn’t a Business Decision I started digital marketing training on weekends recently. It didn’t come from a spreadsheet. It came from a feeling. I’ve spent years solving real problems for businesses. Teaching now feels like returning something back. When I explain things to students, I’m forced to slow down, simplify, and face my own gaps. It reminds me why I started in the first place. This training isn’t about creating influencers or shortcuts. It’s about creating people who understand work, pressure, and responsibility. Malda Keeps Me Human Malda is not just a location on Google Maps. It keeps me real. My Blogrator Web Service office is here. The college canteen nearby. The...

When Rules Win and Humanity Loses: Daytime Quarrels in Indian Sleeper Coaches

Anyone who has travelled in an Indian sleeper coach has seen it—or been dragged into it. A lower berth passenger lies down during the day. An upper or middle berth passenger demands the seat. Voices rise. Fellow travellers take sides. And sometimes, disturbingly, even an elderly woman is told to “sit up” because rules are rules. This isn’t a rare incident. It’s a symptom. Under Indian Railways rules, lower berths in sleeper and AC coaches are treated as shared seating during daytime. Officially, middle and upper berth passengers have the right to sit there between morning and night. On paper, the rule is neutral. It does not mention age, health, exhaustion, or dignity. But trains are not paper. They are people. The Rule vs the Reality The sleeper coach was never designed to be comfortable. It was designed to be affordable, flexible, and cooperative. The unspoken assumption was simple: passengers would adjust for one another. Elderly people would be allowed to rest. Sick passengers woul...

Solution for SAD symptoms in winter

I have noticed that every year during the winter, my mood changes significantly, and my work energy drops rapidly. I always wanted to understand why this was happening to me. Later, I discovered that it was due to Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) . During this time, I usually increase the dosage of Nexito medicine to balance my mood. This year, I followed the same approach, but it did not yield better results. Therefore, I decided to do some research using ChatGPT and found some helpful solutions. When I applied these strategies to my daily life, I noticed an instant improvement. Among the treatment options for SAD mentioned in the research, I am currently following 1 method that have proven effective for me: Lifestyle Changes : The advice includes spending more time outdoors during daylight hours, maintaining a regular sleep schedule , exercising, and eating a balanced diet. I have made an effort to incorporate these changes into my daily routine. I spend more time outdoors during...

Lemon water

I have found that drinking lemon water can help in digestion problems. It helps clear the stomach.

Drinking more water is important

Now I can see how drinking less water effects my body. I understand that water helps the organs clean the wastage from the body. Some of our organs works as a filter in our body. The filter should be cleaned properly by drinking more water everyday. It will increase the health of the organs by removing the waste particles from our body.
