Places where we need improvement
Train was 1h 33m late. I was carrying a pram in one hand and 2 bags in other when there was another side bag that was hanging from my solder. My wife Rinky was carrying our 6 month old baby Ridhaan and a ladies side bag. Our compartment no was D1. At first I thought it will be in the front part of the train but later discovered that the compartment was at the end part. I found it little difficult to walk faster with the luggage. My wife was walking in front of me at little distance. When we reached almost the end, train started moving. I told my wife to board in the train whatever coach it was. And I myself entered into the nearest coach. With the pram and luggage it was very difficult to enter through the gate. Passengers who were standing at the gate didn't bother helping me with the luggage. Even didn't make me way to enter easily.
