 I have found that drinking lemon water can help in digestion problems. It helps clear the stomach. 

 Now I can see how drinking less water effects my body. I understand that water helps the organs clean the wastage from the body. Some of our organs works as a filter in our body. The filter should be cleaned properly by drinking more water everyday. It will increase the health of the organs by removing the waste particles from our body. 

At first I thought to have veg patties that would cost 35 rupees. Then I remember that patties isn't healthy breakfast in the morning. I was looking here and there for better option and then I found a sweet shop where I bought 1 cup of sweet card, 2 pieces of dhokla and 1 piece of Rosogolla. Total it cost 35 rupees. But these are much better option than patties I believe.

 Today you put your shoes on by yourself. Though both in wrong legs. Also you went to pee at the bathroom but peed in your paint. When I went to house for lunch then I left my bag in the varanda but you took my bag inside the room. During lunch you sat on my lap.  After my lunch when I was about to leave for office then you did tata to me and when I asked you to bring my bag then you brought it. Also you tried to open the gate so that I can go out.  Then you climbed the gate as I didn't let you out with me. Yes, you did all these and you are only 16 months old.

In this blog I have earlier mentioned about the antidepressant tablet that I am taking since 2013. Recently I tried to slowly reduce the dose myself. I had been taking Nexito 30 mg (20 after lunch and 10 after dinner) for long time.  The decision I took to reduce the dose cause I had been sweating unnaturally. After I reduced 5mg the sweating problem gone within a week.  But I didn't stop reducing the dose after 5mg. After few weeks I reduced another 5mg and started taking 20mg.   Today I went to Durgapur Women's College with my colleagues. I didn't know before that I was going. Yesterday it was decided that I would stay at office and other members will go. But today when I reached at office then my center in charge asked me whether I was interested going to the college for placement program. I told him that doesn’t matter whether I stay at office or I go to the college, I have no problem with both. But he started asking me whether I want to go or not. Then I replied ok I will go.   All the team members from our office except our center head reached at Durgapur Women’s College at around 12 PM. I rode with one of my colleagues in a scooty.
