A five minute daily exercise can improve your physical and mental health
I was a karate trainer few years ago. Now I don't practice karate anymore. After the pandemic when I am not doing any job then I discovered that any power exercise for around 5 minutes daily can recover my physical and mental strength. I have been trying to include karate practice in my daily routine very smartly. A few minute very basic strength building exercise when I am enjoying the Sun in winter. I also have figured out a few minute exercise to make my bones stronger again even when I am in bed. Recently I uploaded a video in my YouTube channel "Learn Self Defense at Home" after a long time.
